I was born on the 6th of November 2002 in Buckinghamshire, England as Luis-James Arthur Yarroll. Currently living in a countryside village with my Parents, Grandmother and 3 Brothers: William, Archie and Jensen. After attending 2 schools (The Beacon School in Amersham-2008 till 2014, and Princes Risborough secondary- 2014 till 2019) I am now an animation student at Amersham college. After achieving my GCSEs in 2019, I now am studying my second year at college in hopes to make it to the next stage of my life plan. Since I was in primary school I have had a plan as to what I needed to achieve to get where I wanted to be.
Step 1: GCSEs Step 2: Amersham College Step 3: University Step 4: Gap Year Step 5: America
I chose these goals in this order as they were the most logistical and affordable for me. They are subject to change if I manage to get into a university abroad but the structure is still there. Amersham college was the only college near me that offered animation, hence my early decision to attend. I originally wanted to study in America for University, but after deep consideration I started realised I wouldn't be ready to move to the states alone after college. Instead I felt that if I apply for Universities around the world, a good opportunity may arise and therefore push me out of my comfort zone and to a great study. I had thought that if I attend the UK's best 3D animation university I could later attend other prestigious universities abroad after college.
When I was little I had a spark for Storytime. Whilst others played cars, played in the mud and played gun games, I created stories. I would stay up at night brining my teddies to life, creating a consistent story that ran each night. My 4 favourite teddies- secret agents, celebrities, dancers, musicians and fighters. I would sit for hours creating sets out of my bedding to play with them, puppeteering them all with realistic movement. The same was done with figures, till a late age in my childhood I would sit with a group of characters and play for hours, creating script and dialogue to create a story. This story creation is still with me and I love to tell stories to anyone. This is one of the main reasons I want to go into animation.

Art and film are not my only passions. Ever since I was little I have had a few. Since my first nativity I have been an ongoing actor and thespian, performing on stages all around the area each year. I have had 3 West End appearances alongside 2 touring productions and 12 performances at the Wycombe Swan. As well as drama I am also a musician with my band, The Premiere. In the band I sing and play the guitar. We have performed at a variety of festivals in the last 2 years and were due to headline a main stage event in 2020, but due to Coronavirus it was postponed. We hope to finally release our music in Autumn 2020. As of December 2018, I am currently a music teacher, teaching children how to play instruments like; The piano, Guitar and Drums. I also have recently starting in a local café serving customers food and drinks. Alongside my physical working jobs, I have recently started my own little business called FrameToFrameShop on Etsy and Instagram, where I sell posters and prints that I hand design. These tend to be film themed but sometimes request are made for games or musicians. The brand is still new but alongside my film based Instagram, I hope to build a large following across the years. I set up the business to further build the money in my bank account to allow me to travel in life as well as invest in the best software I can get in preparation for my future. I am a massive film nerd and all things film bring me such joy and happiness. I am a avid collector of Funko Pop figures and other film related items. This could be from posters, to relics, to toys and I love it all, no matter the age.
